LOCAL AUTHORITIES

This concise and easy to navigate section provides details of each Local Authority Planning Department including the staff, their roles and contact details.
Additional information is available for every Ward Councillor within each borough, and you should be aware of who that is for every application you intend to submit. The Ward Councillor is your link to the local people most affected by your proposals.

Navigating Local Authority websites can be a daunting task. Often the information you are looking for is not where you expect it to be or in some cases is not published at all. Here you can find the Adopted and Emerging Local Plan Policies for every local authority, along with any other relevant development plan documents that may be used to determine your planning application.

The Network is continually promoting Small and Medium sized businesses as a key part of the solution to building more new homes. This section publishes the material created by the Network so you can follow the steps that are being taken. As part of the network, your voice and opinions are crucial, so please communicate your issues and ideas so they can be included in future.
